Do you charge sales tax?

When delivering to a state/district where Phillip Jeffries is authorized to charge sales tax, a valid resale certificate and sellers permit for that specific state/district must be associated with your account to be tax exempt. If there is no valid resale on hand, you are tax liable. Those locations are California, District of Columbia (D.C.), Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.  

For orders shipping to states where you are tax not liable but wish to pay tax, you may do so by selecting the “Charge Me Tax” option during the checkout process.
